Join a global unicorn in legal technology and research as a Legal Architect (Consultant). This is an exceptional opportunity for a senior employment lawyer to pivot into the legal technology and AI sector.
You will work at the intersection of law and technology on a mission to help top-tier firms and in-house teams practice more efficiently. This role is ideal for a Senior Associate within BigLaw or a legal professional with a background in legal practice or innovation who possesses a genuine desire to help Am Law 150 firms transform.
In this hybrid role based in New York City, you will spend two days in the office (which can count as client meeting days), making a commute feasible. You will engage with legal professionals at elite law firms and leading corporate legal departments to understand their processes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement, specifically where AI can meaningfully transform their workflows.
As a trusted advisor to senior partners, practice leads, and operations managers, you will lead consultative discussions and tailored demonstrations of AI-driven solutions. You will partner with Account Executives to influence buying decisions and guide firms through their AI adoption journey, helping customers navigate the cultural, behavioral, and process changes needed for successful transformation.
You will define what a great pilot looks like, ensuring successful engagement and measurable outcomes in targeted practice areas. Additionally, you will collaborate with the marketing team to create content that resonates with legal audiences and serve as the Voice of the Customer, sharing insights with product and sales teams to continuously improve AI solutions.
