Based in the greater DC area, we are a growing law firm seeking a talented Senior Employment Litigation Attorney to join our team. We are dedicated to providing high-quality legal representation and fostering a collaborative environment where senior attorneys can thrive.
About the Role
As a Senior Employment Lawyer, you will handle plaintiff-side employment matters from intake through resolution. This role is designed for an independent practitioner who is comfortable managing a full caseload through all phases of litigation or arbitration. You will serve as a mentor, teaching and guiding new associates in the practice of law while maintaining sharp attention to detail and delivering clear, effective written and oral communication.
