About the Role

As a member of the global Legal and Compliance (L&C) team, you will serve as a primary day-to-day adviser on regulatory compliance issues, specifically focusing on marketing and investor communications. This role is critical to ensuring that Blackstone's interactions with domestic and global investor audiences adhere to strict regulatory standards while supporting the firm's business objectives.

You will act as the central point of contact for one or more product lines, reviewing investor and third-party communications, fundraising materials, and due diligence responses. Beyond individual reviews, you will supervise staff and consultants, manage relationships with designated lines of business, and develop internal policies that align with current regulatory guidance. The role offers a unique opportunity to drive the team's global regulatory compliance model by collaborating with legal and compliance professionals across different geographic regions and business units.
