About the Role
As a Leasing Specialist, you serve as the brand ambassador for Solhem, embodying the "Solhem spirit" in every interaction with current and prospective residents. This role is designed to bridge the gap between community living and exceptional hospitality, ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and valued from their first inquiry to their move-in day.
You will be the face of the property, conducting in-person and virtual tours that professionally highlight the unique features and benefits of our apartments. Beyond sales, you play a vital role in maintaining the property's standards, ensuring that model units, common areas, and the office reflect the pristine condition and design expertise that defines the Solhem brand. Your efforts directly contribute to occupancy goals through market research, competitive analysis, and fostering a vibrant community atmosphere through resident events and retention strategies.
Reporting directly to the Property Manager, you will work in a fast-paced environment where teamwork and adaptability are key. Whether you are managing leasing inquiries, assisting with administrative tasks, or staging areas for tours, your goal is to exceed resident satisfaction by bringing Solhem Hospitality™ to all interactions.
