This position is designed for individuals who wish to contribute directly to the success of the community by achieving leasing, marketing, and administrative objectives. You will build rapport with future and current residents to ensure desired occupancy and retention levels while monitoring community support systems to maintain seamless communication between the community and support areas.
In this role, you will represent the organization to residents and prospective residents, practicing exceptional customer service. Your day will involve preparing the property for business, responding to inquiries, and guiding prospects through tours to showcase floorplans and amenities. You will act as a bridge between the community and the Café Application and Recertification teams, ensuring timely document submission and smooth move-in processes.
