Key Responsibilities
- check_circleOversee all leasing and marketing operations to achieve budgeted occupancy goals
- check_circleLead the leasing team and ensure effective sales techniques and follow-up procedures
- check_circleDevelop and implement resident retention programs and special promotions
- check_circlePerform regular property inspections and tours to maintain property appearance
- check_circleManage property resources and obtain bids from vendors and contractors
- check_circleMonitor service request turnaround and ensure timely completion of maintenance repairs
- check_circleAudit lease files to ensure strict adherence to company policies and procedures
- check_circleConduct weekly market surveys to monitor property and competitor conditions
- check_circleAssist in creating annual marketing plans and executing outreach campaigns
- check_circleAssist in screening, hiring, training, and coaching on-site staff members
Requirements
