About the Role
We are seeking an experienced real estate professional to join the Company's Life Science business, which consists of over 7.5 million square feet of operating properties. This role is critical to our success, requiring excellent interpersonal skills, innovative thinking, and a proactive mentality to negotiate deals and develop key relationships.
Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Lab, you will work with the entire life science team to drive successful financial results. Your day-to-day will involve leasing, market data analysis, broker relationship management, forecasting, budgeting, and various portfolio management duties. You will handle a broad range of functions in the deal-making process with a direct revenue impact on the company's Lab/Life Science portfolio within the Bay Area market, with a specific focus on the leasing pipeline.
