Lifestyle Communities is a real estate development firm headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, founded in 1996 with a vision to shift the industry focus from products to people. The organization operates across multiple shared spaces, including residential properties, dining venues, and fitness centers, all designed to foster connection and a sense of belonging. Rather than functioning as a standard developer, restaurant, or gym, the company integrates these diverse sectors to create environments where residents and guests can gather and build meaningful relationships.
The company operates on a set of core values that guide operations across all departments and brands. These principles emphasize performance through collective celebration and personal accountability, quality by consistently meeting customer needs, and open communication that encourages vulnerability and transparency. Teamwork and leadership are also central to their approach, with leadership viewed as a choice defined by setting expectations through example rather than a formal title.
By maintaining a focus on shared spaces and community building, Lifestyle Communities aims to transform how individuals experience their daily environments. The firm continues to expand its footprint and opportunities for those interested in joining their mission of creating places that serve as true homes.
