About the Role
The Leasing Consultant is a pivotal role responsible for the successful leasing and strategic marketing of residential apartment units, with the primary objective of achieving high occupancy rates and fostering positive, long-term resident relations. As the principal liaison for both prospective and current residents, you will serve as the face of the community, requiring superior sales acumen and exceptional customer service skills. - check_circleMaintain accurate resident and property files in physical and electronic formats

- check_circleEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local Fair Housing regulations
- check_circlePrepare reports on occupancy status, traffic, and lease renewal rates

Requirements
- verifiedHigh school diploma or equivalent
- verifiedMinimum of one (1) year of experience in sales, customer service, or property management leasing
- verifiedProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- verifiedValid driver's license and reliable personal transportation
Nice to Have
Prior experience utilizing property management software (e.g., Yardi, RealPage, AppFolio). Demonstrated knowledge of Fair Housing laws and associated regulations. Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation. Being bilingual.
