About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team at a PB Section 8 property. This role is vital for maintaining high occupancy and ensuring the property operates in full compliance with federal, state, and local housing regulations, specifically regarding the Housing Choice Voucher (Section 8) program and Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC).
In this position, you will serve as the primary point of contact for prospective and current residents, vendors, and community members. Your day-to-day involves more than just processing applications; you will actively sell the lifestyle and amenities of the property, conduct tours, and develop marketing strategies to drive traffic and exceed revenue goals. You will also play a key role in the community by assisting with resident functions and ensuring all lease files are meticulously audited and compliant.
