About the Role
As a Leasing Agent, you will be the face of our community, responsible for converting prospects into residents while ensuring every interaction reflects our dedication to outstanding service. This role exists to drive growth through leasing excellence and to foster a vibrant community where residents feel valued and heard.
Your day will involve greeting prospects, conducting tours, and guiding qualified candidates through the leasing process. Beyond the transaction, you will actively engage with current residents, participate in community events, and contribute creative ideas to the management team to enhance marketing efforts and resident satisfaction. You will also ensure that all operations adhere to fair housing regulations and compliance standards, while maintaining the property's presentation through regular walkthroughs and office upkeep.
Your First Week
Your journey begins with a comprehensive onboarding experience designed to set you up for success. During your first week, you will complete S2 Residential's onboarding training program and essential compliance courses. You will also be paired with a mentor who has successfully graduated from our mentor program, providing you with guidance and support as you settle into your new role.
