About the Role
As a Leasing Agent in Hillsboro, you will be the welcoming face of Carla Properties at our West Side apartment communities. This role is dynamic and essential to maintaining high occupancy and resident satisfaction. You will serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, guiding prospects through the leasing process from initial inquiry to move-in.
Your day will involve greeting guests, providing detailed information about our communities and the surrounding area, and ensuring our properties shine. You will collaborate closely with Resident Managers to oversee office workflow, process paperwork, and coordinate maintenance. Beyond administrative duties, you will play a key role in resident relations, resolving issues with professionalism and care while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing Laws.
