The Role

In this position, you will design learning experiences across our products by creating and improving engagements, study resources, practice activities, and assessments. You will apply learning science and instructional methods to strengthen learning outcomes, partnering with Content Managers and In-House Subject Matter Experts to translate content into clear, cohesive instruction that supports a range of learners and readiness levels.

You will develop and maintain learning design templates, patterns, and guidelines so internal teams and vendors can build consistently strong learning experiences. Your work will involve reviewing in-progress content to provide clear, actionable feedback that improves instructional clarity, quality, and engagement. You will collaborate during project planning to recommend revision strategies, new content development approaches, and digital and media strategies aligned to product goals. By using research, learner insights, and performance data, you will identify learning challenges and propose practical improvements, ensuring all experiences support accessibility and inclusive design.
