About the Role
The Professional, Learning & Development Design and Strategy role is designed to create effective and engaging learning experiences for a variety of audiences across the Digital Technology & Data (DT&D) organization. You will support the essential DT&D team by gathering and compiling content and expertise to translate complex concepts into easily understandable and engaging learning materials that achieve measurable outcomes.
This position focuses on one of the key pillars of the DT&D Learning & Development strategy: early career development and programs, or onboarding and process integration. You will be instrumental in designing complex learning programs that align with learning objectives and target audience needs, creating learning pathways, and developing employee experience roadmaps. Your work will ensure the Technical Development Program remains aligned with inter-dependencies across Onboarding, Learning, Skills, and Performance Development.
