The Learning Professional II serves as a pivotal partner in assessing and enhancing the impact of employee learning and development initiatives. This role is dedicated to ensuring our workforce is well-prepared to achieve organizational goals by driving the research, curation, design, and delivery of programs that elevate individual and team performance.
You will be the architect of the employee experience, designing and facilitating onboarding and learning path development sessions across various mediums, including virtual, in-person, and our Learning Management System. Your work ensures a seamless journey for new hires while providing ongoing career coaching and pathing support. Beyond execution, you will collaborate with subject matter experts and department heads to keep training content current, relevant, and aligned with succession planning needs.
In this hybrid role, you will act as a strategic advisor, developing key performance indicators to measure program success and generating analytics to tell the story of our learning initiatives. You will also champion best practices in instructional design, ensuring that both internal and externally sourced content is high-quality and consumable. By maintaining our digital learning tools and fostering knowledge transfer programs, you help preserve critical institutional expertise while upleveling the overall employee experience.
