The Lead Video Editor is a pivotal role designed to bridge advanced post-production expertise with strategic storytelling. You will be responsible for managing complex editing tasks and ensuring that every video asset not only meets technical excellence but also aligns perfectly with our clients' objectives and creative vision. This position goes beyond simple cutting; it involves orchestrating color correction, visual effects, and narrative flow to create compelling content that resonates with audiences.
In this role, you will serve as a mentor to Junior Video Editors, fostering their growth while coordinating seamlessly with producers, designers, and copywriters. You will navigate a fast-paced environment where managing multiple projects simultaneously is the norm, requiring you to prioritize effectively and integrate emerging AI tools into your workflow to enhance creative output.
