Your day will involve developing innovative sourcing strategies for niche technical roles, leveraging a sophisticated toolkit that includes OSINT, Boolean searches, and specialized platforms like SeekOut and Clearancejobs.com. You will drive continuous improvement by analyzing data to refine processes, ensuring our team stays at the forefront of industry trends. Beyond execution, you will collaborate with senior leadership to align sourcing initiatives with broader business objectives and partner with recruitment marketing to enhance our employer brand.

A key part of your mission is to build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders, ensuring that our talent pipelines are robust and aligned with organizational needs. You will also be responsible for representing Maximus at industry conferences and hiring events, positioning the company as an employer of choice in the market.
