This position serves as a strategic specialist and mentor within our technical sourcing unit. You will be the architect behind innovative sourcing strategies for niche technical roles, leveraging deep industry knowledge to navigate complex hiring landscapes. Beyond executing high-volume searches, your primary focus will be fostering a high-performance culture by guiding, training, and mentoring junior sourcers. You will champion continuous improvement, introducing new technologies and methodologies to keep our team at the forefront of industry best practices.
In this role, you will act as a bridge between operational execution and strategic vision. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership to align talent acquisition plans with broader business objectives, ensuring our sourcing efforts directly support organizational growth. You will also play a key role in employer branding, representing Maximus at industry conferences and events to position the company as an employer of choice.
