As a Technical Sourcing Lead, you will serve as a specialist and mentor within the discipline, guiding a team of technical sourcers to achieve exceptional outcomes. This role exists to bridge the gap between complex business needs and the global talent market, ensuring Maximus remains the employer of choice for specialized technical professionals.
In this position, you will not only manage and develop junior sourcers but also independently architect innovative sourcing strategies for the most difficult-to-fill roles. Your day-to-day involves leveraging advanced tools like OSINT, Boolean searches, and specialized platforms (e.g., SeekOut, Clearancejobs) to navigate the competitive landscape. You will analyze market trends using data insights to refine approaches, lead large-scale sourcing initiatives, and collaborate with senior leadership to align talent strategies with broader organizational goals.
Beyond strategy, you will be the face of Maximus at industry conferences and hiring events, building strong relationships with hiring managers and recruitment marketing teams to enhance our employer brand. You will ensure a positive candidate experience through transparent communication and skilled negotiation, while maintaining strict compliance with OFCCP, EEO, and affirmative action guidelines.
