You will conduct deep-dive research on industry trends, utilize platforms like LinkedIn, OSINT, and specialized clearance databases, and engage with candidates across multiple channels to ensure a positive experience. Beyond individual contributions, you will lead large-scale sourcing initiatives, collaborate with senior leadership to align talent strategies with business objectives, and represent Maximus at industry conferences and hiring events to enhance our employer brand.
