As a Senior Talent Acquisition Expert at Maximus, you will serve as the resident authority on sourcing strategies, driving the recruitment of professional and executive-level talent across our corporate, federal civilian, health, and defense market segments. This role exists to build robust, high-quality pipelines of both active and passive candidates, ensuring we meet complex staffing needs for funded and proposal requisitions.
You will partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and senior leadership to deeply understand open positions and develop comprehensive hiring plans. Your day-to-day involves executing advanced sourcing strategies, managing multiple projects from conception to completion, and leading the recruitment team through coaching and mentorship. You will be responsible for identifying candidates through diverse channels, utilizing sophisticated techniques such as open-source intelligence, X-ray searching, and Boolean logic to navigate the cleared and technical talent markets.
In this position, you will also oversee special recruitment projects, including aging funded requisitions, high-priority roles, and quick-turnaround proposal efforts. Your expertise will guide the evaluation and implementation of new sourcing tools and procedures, while ensuring all activities comply with relevant hiring regulations and laws, including OFCCP standards.
