This position is designed for a seasoned Talent Acquisition leader who thrives in the technical and government contracting space. You will partner deeply with recruiters, hiring managers, and senior leadership to understand the nuances of open positions, translating business needs into accurate candidate profiles and comprehensive hiring plans. Your day-to-day involves orchestrating targeted search campaigns for executive IT and technical roles, utilizing sophisticated techniques such as open-source intelligence, x-ray searching, and Boolean logic to uncover hidden talent.
Beyond individual contribution, you will manage a team of sourcing recruiters, overseeing special projects and ensuring the successful execution of high-priority initiatives. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of recruiting projects, from conception to completion, while actively tracking metrics to ensure compliance with regulations like OFCCP. As a mentor, you will disseminate best practices and provide coaching to elevate the capabilities of the entire recruitment team, ensuring we maintain a competitive edge in sourcing the best talent for our mission.
Candidates selected for this role will engage in a multi-stage interview process designed to assess both strategic acumen and practical sourcing expertise. The journey typically includes an initial screening to discuss background and experience, followed by a deeper technical discussion on sourcing strategies and pipeline management. Final rounds will involve presentations or case studies demonstrating your approach to complex hiring challenges and a cultural fit assessment with senior leadership.
