This position is designed for a seasoned Talent Acquisition leader who thrives on strategy and mentorship. You will go beyond traditional recruiting to architect advanced staffing and sourcing strategies that address the unique challenges of hiring for federal agencies and executive IT positions. Your day will involve partnering with senior leadership to define hiring needs, developing comprehensive hiring plans, and executing targeted campaigns to build robust pipelines of both active and passive talent.
You will manage a team of sourcing recruiters, overseeing special projects ranging from aging funded requisitions to quick-turnaround proposal efforts. In this capacity, you will not only drive results but also cultivate the next generation of recruiters by leading training sessions, disseminating best practices, and providing mentorship. Your expertise in open-source intelligence, Boolean searching, and social media sourcing will be instrumental in navigating the technical and government contracting landscapes.
Candidates selected for this role will engage in a comprehensive interview process designed to assess both strategic acumen and leadership capabilities. The journey typically includes an initial screening to discuss background and experience, followed by a deep-dive session focused on sourcing strategy and scenario-based problem solving. Final rounds involve presentations to senior leadership and team fit interviews to ensure alignment with our collaborative culture.
