This position serves as a critical guardian of gaming integrity and asset protection within our casino operations. As a Surveillance Supervisor, you will lead the team responsible for monitoring the casino floor through advanced CCTV systems, ensuring strict adherence to Indiana Gaming Commission regulations and internal policies. The role exists to maintain a secure environment where both company assets and regulatory compliance are prioritized above all else.
In this capacity, you will not only operate and maintain complex video control systems but also coordinate closely with security personnel, management, legal teams, and state gaming agents. You will act as a key advisor to employees on proper procedures, assisting in the development of departmental policies and training new staff members. A core part of your mission is to immediately report any internal control or state regulation violations to the appropriate authorities, upholding the company's Self-Reporting Policy.
The role demands a high level of adaptability, requiring you to maneuver through tight quarters, monitor numerous screens simultaneously, and perform physical tasks such as lifting and kneeling. You will be the first line of defense in identifying irregularities, conducting player evaluations, and ensuring that the casino operates with the highest standards of fairness and security.
