About the Role
Centralized Vision is seeking a Lead Supervisor to oversee a team of supervisors within our National Command Center. This role is designed to support operational consistency and leadership development across shifts while maintaining our existing supervisory structure. You will serve as a vital point of coordination and operational support for other supervisors and the Operations Manager.
In this position, you will ensure your team of monitoring specialists is fully trained and equipped to analyze live surveillance footage and respond to potential security threats across a variety of systems, including security cameras, access controls, panic alarms, and gate entry systems. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional observational and communication skills, with the ability to consistently handle high-pressure situations with a professional demeanor. Location Note
This is a full-time, on-site position located at our National Command Center in Phoenix, AZ. Remote work is not available for this role.

Requirements
