As the Lead Sterile Processing Technician at Mission Ambulatory Surgery Center, you will serve as the subject matter expert for the cleaning, preparation, and sterilization of instruments, trays, and equipment. Working under the direction of the Manager and Supervisor, your primary focus is supervising and maintaining operations and workflow within the department to ensure maximum efficiency. You will play a vital role in the daily rhythm of the center, operating departmental machinery, managing the receiving, labeling, stocking, and delivery of supplies, and maintaining a clean and sanitized environment for work surfaces and storage areas. This full-time, 8-hour day shift position is designed for a professional who thrives in a culture of patient-focused, whole-person care built on understanding, commitment, and mutual respect.
