The Lead Server and Lead Bartender serves as a vital bridge between our front-of-house operations and management, ensuring the seamless execution of our dining and bar experience. This role is designed for a passionate leader who thrives in a high-volume environment and is dedicated to mentoring a team while delivering exceptional service to our members and guests.
In this position, you will not only set the standard for service but also actively shape the team's growth. You will guide new hires through training on service standards, menu knowledge, and customer engagement, fostering a culture of excellence. Your day-to-day involves orchestrating the flow between the dining area and the kitchen, managing inventory with precision, and resolving guest inquiries with professionalism and care.
Because of the dynamic nature of our Club's operations, flexibility is key. You will be expected to adapt to fluctuating demands, stepping in to support various functions as needed to ensure the team succeeds together.
Candidates selected for an interview will be contacted directly by the Restaurant Managers or Director of Food & Beverage. The process typically includes a discussion of your operational experience and leadership philosophy.
