We are seeking Lead, Senior, or Experienced Electronic Systems Design, Integration, Analysis, and Test Engineers for current and emerging programs across the St. Louis region, including Berkeley, Hazelwood, and St. Charles, MO, as well as Mascoutah, IL.
In this role, you will own or lead the design and testing of aircraft electronic and electrical systems used on fighters, trainers, unmanned systems, and weapon systems. You will translate customer requirements into architectures, define verification strategies, and help solve real-world integration problems from the lab to flight. This position spans the technology development life cycle, including requirements generation, system design and implementation, integration, and test. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the success of our programs.
You will be working within portfolios such as Air Dominance, Phantom Works, Boeing Global Services, Precision Engagement Systems, and Boeing Test and Evaluation. Some example products within these portfolios include the F-15, F/A-18, F-22, F-47, T-7A Trainers, MQ-25, JDAM, and Harpoon.

5+ years of related work experience (Level 3) or 9+ years of related work experience (Level 4). Experience in the Aerospace Industry. Experience using good communication, analytical, and organizational skills, and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment. Experience within a design/build or test team. Experience creating, developing, and/or maintaining engineering processes. Experience with electronic/electrical system design or test plan development and execution based on requirements. Strong knowledge of data structures, system design, and architecture.
