CACI International Inc. is seeking an RF Hardware Integration Engineer to join our team in Dulles, VA. This role is designed for a self-motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced, highly technical R&D environment. You will be responsible for designing and developing complex RF systems, spanning from analog and digital system design through concept, deployment, and maintenance.
You will serve as a critical link within multidisciplinary teams, collaborating closely with Mechanical, PCB Design, Antenna, Software, DSP, Firmware, and Production Engineering groups. Your work will drive the creation, design, documentation, building, testing, and deployment of complex electronic RF systems. Success in this position requires the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and communicate technical concepts clearly.

MS degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science. Hands-on prototyping and assembly experience. Experience with schematic capture and PCB layout. Digital Signal Processing (DSP) experience. Software Defined Radios (SDR) experience. Experience using Altium Designer. Military Vehicle Electronics or equivalent industrial applications. Experience with RF simulation tools (e.g., HFSS, CST, ADS).
