This position serves as the business process authority across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance, owning the architecture, execution, and optimization of end-to-end go-to-market (GTM) processes. You will lead revenue tooling, forecasting, analytics, and sales support operations with a sharp focus on scalability, predictability, and efficiency.
In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to Sales and Customer Success leadership, translating complex business requirements into streamlined system workflows. Your day-to-day involves defining rules of engagement, lead routing, and SLAs while partnering with BI and CRM teams to ensure data integrity. You will drive revenue intelligence by analyzing win/loss trends, deal velocity, and pipeline health to deliver actionable insights that shape leadership strategy. Beyond process design, you will own the administration and adoption of critical sales engagement and forecasting tools, ensuring they evolve alongside the organization's growth.
