Lead Retail Customer Service Associate

About the Role

The Lead Consultant serves as a knowledgeable hub for the store's business, spanning print, signs & graphics, and shipping. This role is designed to consistently deliver a positive customer experience by utilizing consultative skills to anticipate needs, suggest alternatives, and provide tailored solutions to both colleagues and customers.

In this position, you will coordinate store activities, manage production flows, and operate advanced equipment to produce complex orders. You will act as a resource for pricing information and product recommendations, ensuring that all digital imaging, scheduling, and finishing services meet high-quality standards. Beyond individual contributions, the Lead Consultant may provide direction to Consultants, assist in training team members, and help resolve escalated customer issues.
