This position serves as a vital clinical leader within our Caregiver nursing team, providing essential supervision to RNs, LVNs, and contract nurses across assigned territories. The role exists to ensure the highest standards of patient care, bridging the gap between individual clinical needs and company-wide nursing systems. You will be the primary point of contact for ongoing training, support, and compliance, guaranteeing that both routine and emergency nursing care maintains the optimal health status of the individuals we serve.
In this capacity, you will work in close coordination with the Regional RN Director to implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and state guidelines. Your day-to-day impact involves monitoring health conditions through rigorous chart reviews, identifying service delays, and ensuring that all nursing staff adhere to Caregiver policies. You will also play a key role in the hiring, training, and mentoring of nursing personnel, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability within the team.
Candidates selected for this role will undergo a comprehensive interview process designed to assess clinical expertise, leadership capabilities, and cultural fit. This typically includes an initial screening, a technical clinical assessment, and a final interview with the Regional RN Director and Area Directors.
We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.
