About the Role

The Administrator serves as the operational leader for the clinic, responsible for the overall daily management and execution of clinical and business functions. Reporting directly to regional operational management, this role ensures the facility operates in full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while driving program growth and achieving financial targets.

The Administrator acts as a bridge between the clinic staff, the Medical Director, and the governing body. This position requires a leader who can foster a collaborative environment, manage complex patient care logistics, and maintain a safe, sanitary physical environment. Whether assuming the responsibilities of a Charge Nurse or fulfilling the role of facility CEO as delegated, the Administrator ensures that high-quality patient care standards are met alongside operational efficiency.

Hiring Process

Candidates must demonstrate the ability to function in a leadership position with sound judgment in emergent situations. The role requires a demonstrated working knowledge of the English language and basic computer skills, with proficiency in USRC clinical applications expected within 90 days of hire. Specific state requirements and nursing qualifications (if applicable) must be met prior to or immediately upon hiring.

Key Responsibilities

  • check_circleDevelop and implement processes for program growth in accordance with company goals
  • check_circlePlan and coordinate patient scheduling to ensure timely acceptance and effective staffing

  • check_circleCoordinate department functions and develop standards for measuring patient care services
  • check_circleEnsure clinic compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations
  • check_circleRecruit, train, supervise personnel and manage employee performance and relations
  • check_circleMonitor contractual agreements and maintain collaborative relationships with physicians and vendors
  • check_circleEstablish and submit required records and reports concerning staff, patients, and operations
  • check_circleOversee equipment maintenance and ensure a safe, sanitary physical environment
