About the Role
The Clinic Administrator serves as the operational leader responsible for the daily management and success of the dialysis facility. Reporting directly to regional operational leadership, this role ensures the clinic operates in full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while delivering high-quality patient care. The Administrator acts as the bridge between clinical operations, corporate strategy, and the governing body, ensuring that financial targets, patient outcomes, and staff development goals are met simultaneously.
This position requires a dynamic leader who can navigate emergent situations with sound judgment. The Administrator is expected to foster a collaborative environment, maintaining strong partnerships with the Medical Director, physicians, hospitals, and the local community. Whether overseeing complex incident reports, managing staffing levels, or ensuring the safety of the physical environment, the Administrator is the driving force behind the clinic's operational readiness and growth.
Hiring Process
