About the Role
The Administrator serves as the operational leader for the clinic, responsible for the overall daily management and execution of clinical and business functions. Reporting directly to regional operational management, this role ensures the facility operates in full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while driving program growth and achieving financial targets.
The Administrator acts as a bridge between the clinic staff, the Medical Director, the governing body, and the broader organization. This position is critical for maintaining a safe, sanitary, and efficient environment where patient care standards are upheld and quality outcomes are prioritized. The role requires a blend of strategic oversight and hands-on operational readiness, including the potential to assume Charge Nurse responsibilities or act as the facility CEO as delegated.
