About the Role

This position serves as a pivotal leader within our clinic, overseeing all aspects of medical operations, staff management, and financial performance. The role exists to ensure the clinic not only delivers high-quality medical care—including diagnosing diseases, performing surgeries, and administering vaccinations—but also thrives as a sustainable business. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their pets receive the best possible care while driving business growth through strategic marketing and client retention initiatives.

In this capacity, you will also play a key role in the professional development of the team by training and mentoring veterinary staff to ensure they remain up-to-date with the latest medical practices. The day-to-day involves balancing clinical duties with administrative responsibilities such as record-keeping, budgeting, and inventory management, all while maintaining the highest standards of animal care and welfare in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
