About the Role
The Lead Mechanic serves as a pivotal figure in our Environmental Services operations, overseeing the inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of demanding field equipment. This includes industrial cleaning trucks, pumps, and specialized assets that keep our clients running safely and efficiently. You will not only diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic issues but also plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend asset life.
Beyond technical execution, this role is defined by leadership. You will mentor technicians, enforce safety and environmental procedures, and coordinate with operations to prioritize work orders. Success in this position requires a safety-first mindset and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment where hands-on expertise and strong problem-solving skills are essential.
