About the Role

The Lead Mechanic serves as a pivotal figure in our Environmental Services operations, overseeing the inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial cleaning and environmental service equipment. This includes maintaining trucks, pumps, and specialized assets used in demanding field conditions. You will be responsible for planning and executing preventive maintenance, diagnosing intricate mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues, and ensuring equipment reliability for our clients.

Beyond technical expertise, this role is defined by leadership. You will mentor technicians, enforce strict safety and environmental procedures, and maintain accurate maintenance records. Success in this position requires a safety-first mindset, strong problem-solving abilities, and hands-on expertise in a team-oriented culture.
