- check_circleMaintain inventory levels of maintenance supplies and tools
- check_circleMonitor and correct hazardous conditions throughout the property
- check_circleTrain and mentor maintenance assistants and team members
- check_circleApprove and delegate service requests to team members
- check_circleSchedule on-call and emergency maintenance rotations
- check_circlePerform and schedule preventative maintenance for equipment
- check_circleConduct move-in/move-out inspections for residents
- check_circleSubmit weekly and monthly reports to corporate office
Requirements
- verifiedMinimum 3 years of experience in multifamily property maintenance
- verifiedCPO certification
- verifiedHVAC certification
- verifiedProficiency in property management software (OneSite and/or Yardi)
- verifiedProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- verifiedValid driver's license and current auto insurance
- verifiedKnowledge of state lease forms, Fair Housing laws, and Property Code
