The Lead Lot Attendant is the face of our hospitality, responsible for providing exceptional service in an attentive, friendly, and efficient manner to all guests during their entire stay. This role goes beyond basic parking duties; it involves accurately collecting and reconciling revenue while ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression.
In this position, you will maintain a professional demeanor, greet guests immediately, and assist with directions and local inquiries. You will serve as a key point of contact when the Account Manager is not on site, handling critical issues, coordinating operations, and ensuring the safety and security of guests and their vehicles. From managing the cashier booth to stacking vehicles with precision, you will be essential to the smooth operation of the location.
Towne Park is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation. The hourly base pay for this position is $17 per hour, determined by a candidate's job-related skills, experience, education, and location.
The work schedule requires open availability between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM. Please note that benefits eligibility depends on job classification, length of employment, and hours worked; seasonal and temporary roles are not eligible for the standard benefits package.
