The Lead Lot Attendant serves as the face of our hospitality, responsible for providing attentive, friendly, and efficient service throughout a guest's entire stay. This role goes beyond standard parking duties; it involves accurately collecting and reconciling revenue while ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere. You will be the first point of contact for guests, greeting them immediately, assisting with directions and local inquiries, and maintaining a clean, organized work environment.
In this position, you will act as a key decision-maker when the Account Manager is not on site, handling critical issues, troubleshooting operations, and ensuring all safety and security procedures are followed. From managing vehicle stacking and retrieval to protecting guest confidentiality and financial data, you play a vital role in upholding the high standards of Towne Park and the specific site you serve.
Towne Park is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation based on a candidate's skills, experience, education, and location. For this position, the hourly base pay is $17 per hour. The work schedule requires open availability between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM.
