The Lead Lot Attendant serves as the face of our hospitality, responsible for accurately collecting and reconciling revenue while providing exceptional, attentive, and friendly service to all guests during their entire stay. This role is vital to ensuring that every interaction leaves a positive impression, from the moment a guest is greeted to the safe return of their vehicle.
In this position, you will manage daily operations with a focus on safety, security, and customer satisfaction. You will act as a point of contact for guests, providing directions and local information, while also handling critical operational tasks such as revenue reconciliation, equipment operation, and maintaining a clean work environment. When the Account Manager is not on site, you will coordinate, troubleshoot, and make judgment calls to ensure smooth operations and uphold the company's parking policies and procedures.
Towne Park is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation based on a candidate's skills, experience, education, and location. The hourly base pay for this position is $17 per hour.
Work Schedule: Open availability is required between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM.

Requirements: Candidates must be at least 18 years old, possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, and be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen. The ability to drive a manual transmission and perform parallel parking is essential.
