About the Role

The Lead Lot Attendant serves as the face of our hospitality, responsible for delivering attentive, friendly, and efficient service throughout a guest's entire stay. Beyond the operational duties of collecting revenue and managing parking reports, this role is about maintaining a professional demeanor and ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression. You will be the first point of contact for guests, greeting them warmly, assisting with directions, and sharing information about local attractions.

In this position, you will also act as a key operational leader on-site. When the Account Manager is not present, you will coordinate daily activities, troubleshoot issues, and make critical judgment calls to ensure safety and service standards are upheld. From managing stacked vehicles with care to maintaining a clean and secure work environment, your attention to detail directly contributes to the guest experience and the safety of our clients' assets.

Hiring Process

Towne Park is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation based on a candidate's skills, experience, education, and location. For this role, the hourly base pay is $17 per hour. The work schedule requires open availability between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM.
