At Towne Park, it's more than a job; it's an opportunity to make an impact. As a hospitality services company, our commitment is to create smiles by delivering exceptional experiences. Whether you are easing the anxiety of a patient and their family, creating a memorable experience for a guest in a new city, or helping a colleague, every day is a new opportunity to brighten someone else's day.
Towne Park is a place where you can make a difference and create smiles every day. When we see a customer, a client, or one of our own team members smile, we know we made an impact. It's why we do what we do.
The Lead Lot Attendant serves as the face of our hospitality, responsible for providing exceptional service in an attentive, friendly, and efficient manner to all guests during their entire stay. This role goes beyond standard parking duties; it involves accurately collecting and reconciling revenue while ensuring a welcoming environment.
You will be the first point of contact for guests, acknowledging them immediately with a professional demeanor and using their names whenever appropriate. Your day will involve assisting guests with directions, sharing information about local attractions, and managing the flow of vehicles with care. When the Account Manager is not on site, you will coordinate operations, troubleshoot issues, and make critical judgment calls to uphold our standards. From stacking vehicles safely to protecting guest confidentiality and maintaining a clean work environment, your attention to detail ensures that every interaction leaves a positive impression.
Towne Park is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation based on a candidate's skills, experience, education, and location. For this position, the hourly base pay is $17 per hour. Please note that seasonal and temporary roles are not eligible for the benefits outlined in the full job posting.
To apply, please review the job details and ensure you meet the eligibility requirements, including being at least 18 years old and able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen. We look for candidates who can maintain a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and the ability to drive manual transmission vehicles.
Towne Park is an equal opportunity employer. We are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment where all team members can thrive. We consider qualified applicants regardless of background, ensuring that our team reflects the communities we serve.
