The Corporate Strategic Business Group (CORP SBG) at Honeywell is a division focused on corporate-level functions and initiatives that support the overall operations and strategy of the company. We oversee critical areas such as finance, legal, human resources, communications, and corporate governance. The CORP SBG plays a crucial role in the strategic direction and management of Honeywell's corporate functions, working closely with other business units to ensure alignment and coordination across the organization.
As the Lead IT Architect in the HR Technology Domain, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the architecture landscape within the Information Systems domain to support HR business processes. You will report directly to the Director of IT and work out of our Charlotte, NC location on a hybrid schedule.
In this position, you will define strategic roadmaps and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of key business and IT initiatives. A core part of your mission involves leading the integration of Oracle Integration Cloud and leveraging AI/ML technologies to drive data-driven decision-making and enhance HR processes. You will act as a consultant on process, data, and security from the HR domain, educating HR executives and team members on emerging technologies while driving modern solution architecture to reduce the application and integration footprint.
This role is based in Charlotte, NC with a hybrid work model. Please note that for the first 90 days, new hires must be prepared to work 100% onsite Monday through Friday. Relocation support may be provided for qualified candidates.
