This position serves as a vital support to venue management, helping to direct and coordinate daily operations across assigned Food & Beverage locations. You will be the backbone of the venue's daily rhythm, ensuring that everything from opening and closing procedures to inventory management runs smoothly. Your role is essential in maintaining a positive environment for guests while providing work direction and assistance to team members.
In this role, you will partner with venue leadership to ensure all facilities, materials, and team members are ready for daily service. You will be responsible for monitoring waste, processing shipments, and completing spot audits to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and operational efficiency. Beyond operations, you will play a key part in training new and current team members, offering "in the moment" guidance and feedback to help everyone excel in their duties.
