Key Responsibilities
- check_circleConduct offsite road repairs and service calls as needed
- check_circleComplete and submit paperwork for tracking PM schedules and service records
- check_circlePerform Safety Checks and Annual Vehicle Inspections per federal and provincial laws
- check_circleOversee day-to-day shop operations and supervise all maintenance work
- check_circlePerform preventative maintenance, inspections, and diagnostic troubleshooting
- check_circleEnsure equipment is parked in compliance with facility permits and DOT requirements
- check_circleEnsure company fleet remains within DOT compliance standards
- check_circleMaintain a clean work environment and adhere to all Health and Safety SOPs
Requirements
- verified5-7 years of diesel engine experience
- verified1+ years DOT inspection experience
- verifiedValid driver's license and clean driving record
- verifiedProficiency in electrical, computer, ECMs, fuel, air systems, ABS, hydraulic systems, engines
- verifiedProficiency in diagnostic, repair, and maintenance of heavy duty forklift, roll off truck, forklifts, pick up trucks, box trucks, tractors, and tankers
- verifiedAbility to pass a background, drug, and physical test
