As the Lead Designated Coordinator, you will coordinate and support individuals with disabilities in achieving supported employment within the community. Your mission is to help these individuals grow their skills and gain independence to the greatest extent possible. You will provide case management to ensure services are initiated, provided, evaluated, and communicated effectively both internally and externally. Additionally, you will enter attendance and work records daily into our computer system.
In this role, you will provide training and instruction within a supported employment environment, supervising work activities to ensure they take place in a safe manner. You will ensure that independence, integration, and inclusion are occurring within the work activity, helping individuals learn what it means to successfully work with others in the community. Ultimately, you will bring meaning to their lives by helping them secure a job they enjoy.
