About the Role

As the Lead Designated Coordinator, you will coordinate and support individuals with disabilities in achieving supported employment within the community. Your mission is to help these individuals grow their skills and gain independence to the greatest extent possible. You will provide case management to ensure services are initiated, provided, evaluated, and communicated effectively both internally and externally. Additionally, you will supervise work activities to ensure they take place in a safe manner while fostering independence, integration, and inclusion.

In this role, you will bring meaning to people's lives by helping them secure jobs they enjoy. You will enter attendance and work records daily and provide training and instruction within a supported employment environment. This position offers a chance to learn what it truly means to successfully work with others in the community.
