As a Lead Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our store, greeting customers and ensuring a high standard of service. This role is designed for those who desire to be challenged and work in a fast-paced setting. You will not only handle core duties like running the register, making purchase suggestions, and assisting with our food program, but you will also gain valuable entry-level management experience by leading shifts on a regular basis.
There is never a dull moment in this position. You will work across various areas of the store, both inside and out, to maintain high standards for store appearance. Success in this role requires the ability to think quickly, solve problems creatively, and collaborate with a team to accomplish daily goals while keeping the atmosphere fun and engaging.
